There’s something timeless about Fort Wellington — the wooden fence, the view over the river, the quiet echoes of the past. It was the perfect place to kick off Holly & Tim’s engagement session, especially since Tim is a self-declared history buff. (Let’s just say we had our own unofficial tour guide on hand.) Paired with the stunning sunset light, the whole evening felt like a perfect blend of classic and personal — much like the two of them.
They’re the kind of people who laugh easily with each other, who don’t take things too seriously, and who have that quiet, grounded connection. Whether we were wandering the old fort pathways or chasing the last rays of light by the water at Prescott Harbour, they kept it light and were so much fun to photograph.
At the Prescott Pop Ups, the sky turned soft pink and it was like the whole place had paused to take it in. Holly leaned into Tim, they both laughed at something only they heard, and it was gorgeous.
I can’t wait for their wedding day — if it’s anything like this session, it’ll be full of laughter, warmth, and a whole lot of love. And maybe a little more historical trivia from Tim (which I am always here for).
Counting down the days!

So looking forward to working with you two again!
